At this first little glance we will inform you that Semarang Growth Centre has been gradually making improvement and undergoing consolidation in its operation, business and management, and these efforts are starting to show results. The number of customer has been increasing significantly by and by since 2007. More and more private Maritime Academies are joining the courses at SGC. Similarly, recognition from outside institutions for the quality of Semarang Growth Centre services has been steadily increasing, therefore SGC eagerly collaborate with CIMA, INSA, IMPC, ITS and Department of Sea Transportation, to create the steps of anticipation upon the shortage of Seafarer’s especially due to the implementation of cabotage law in Indonesia.. While Best Student Program and Double Degree Program in Shipping Engineering collaborate with Wismar University Germany and ITS are the way to provide the good quality of Seafarer’s Officers and Ship engineers which are now in a great demand.
